PASSENGER VEHICLES MOTORCYCLES

To obtain a licence to operate a passenger vehicle in MB, there are three GDL stages: Learner Licence (Class 5L); Novice Licence (Class 5I); and Full Licence (Class 5F).

Effective date of program implementation: January 1, 2003

Minimum entry age: 17 years and 6 months

Successfully passed test  ⁄ course
Time completion: Held a Class 5I licence for 15 months

SUPERVISED DRIVING
Minimum amount of supervised driving
DRIVING RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
BAC level while driving: Must maintain zero BAC for first 36 months
Must display "N" sign⁄plate when driving
